Orders placed on squattypotty.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization.

Once inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing takes 7–10 business days.
